Short description of the workshop:
Do you ever wonder how to get back into resonance? The most effective instrument for this is your body. During a practical workshop you can experience how a different posture helps you to centre and to find resonance. This immediately changes your perception, your level of consciousness and the awareness of others.

When we want to help others we have to observe what is needed. The main instrument for observing is our physical body. A better use of our physical instrument increases the quality of our observation and helping. The systemic work requires an optimal resonance with our own system, the client’s system and the collective field. Just as a musician needs the music, his skills, his instrument and the fine-tuning of it, we too need these four elements in practising the systemic work.
During this workshop you will be offered logical, practical and effective exercises that you can use to center and to find resonance at any time you need it – as a facilitator, as a representative and even as a client.
We will find out how posture and movement influences our perception and consciousness. This has an immediate effect on others.
We can find out how our physical balance helps us to get in contact with the information of the soul and the spirit. This work increases your own body awareness. It also helps you to understand other people better, simply by observing their physical balance in a different way. For example: you might understand more about the subtle movement of bowing: what helps and what doesn’t, what is possible and why - or why not.
Because this is a practical workshop you are invited you to wear comfortable clothes.
